All the political pissing and moaning has got me down. So last night, honeykins and I decided to lighten up a bit and go see Religulous, the new Larry Charles (Borat) movie starring Bill Maher. If you’re devout and thin skinned (which i doubt you are if you read my blog), don’t go see it. If you’re anybody else, dish out the $$ and go. Maher does a great job of crucifying (pun intended) every religion while keeping the audience in stitches. Granted, he’s taken liberties with the editing process, but, really, who the hell cares?

Did you know that there is actually a “Holy Land Experience” theme park in Orlando?? (hmmm-are you really surprised?) There is hysterical footage taken there, as well as at the Vatican and a truck-stop trailer church. 

Some parts were a little creepy, with the religious fanatics and all, like the scene with the creationists and W. OH NO HE DI-INT!!!  Anyway, go see it.  The people who really SHOULD see it won’t.
