Happy Birthday, HK!

Today is HK’s birthday!! To celebrate, we went down to the beach in Alabama–the REAL Redneck Riviera!  He forgot his cut-offs, so we had to duck into a little surf-shop to get him a swimsuit. He was real excited to find this one

in lime green, MY favorite color. Then we went to the all-you-can-eat seafood buffett at the Red Lobster, and we pigged-out on fried shrimp and scallops and their to-die-for french fries, and HK was soooo funny, he hollered real loud “Call 9-1-1   I’m about to BLOW UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ”  HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA, wasn’t that hysterical???

We were having a real good time making farting noises and burping and stuff, up until the time Eunice, our waitress, made us leave. (She didn’t get a tip, I’ll tell you THAT much!

After that we went to the boardwalk and rode some rides, and HK threw some darts at balloons and won me this great stuffed snake.

After the go-carts, we went back to the Motel 6 (they left the light on for us). We got a real good deal there because it’s not on the beach, and I got to use my AARP discount!  It was a great birthday weekend. Happy Birthday, HoneyKins!
