Have you heard about “Pup My Ride?” It is a program started by my personal favorite charity, Best Friends Animal Society, that rescues dogs from puppy mills, gets them vetted, then transports them to places where they will have a chance at being adopted and find a ‘forever home”. Read here for a past blog with details on Best Friends. If you watch the video by pressing “Pup My Ride”, you’ll see some
of the animals that were rescued from the puppy mills, 350 dogs and counting, most of whom have spent entire lives in tiny cages.
I’m not gonna go all preachy on you here, but please watch the video, learn more about how you can help create a world with no more homeless pets, and go adopt a dog or cat. You will be forever rewarded.
