It is already (just?) February, and we have to tell you, we are bored out of our skins!

The Journey

This past year has been a the year of travel for the 3 pups. We have been home barely a month from our latest excursion and we are ever-so-ready to be back on the road! Sooooo.. Diddy went to pick up the PUP (that is the name of the pop-up camper) and we’re gonna spend the weekend cleaning and re-provisioning it for a Road Trip!!!! Mommy collected stickers from all the National Parks we visited last year, so she is putting all of them on, after it has had a good washing. Diddy says it looks tacky, but Mommy rules the roost, so…

Here’s the deal. Mommy is going to the Amelia Island Book Festival next week with a couple of fellow writers. (Mommy has been writing children’s picture books and also travel humor stories.) The girls are staying at a place on the beach and will enjoy a “girls weekend.” Personally, we pups don’t understand the importance of “girl time”, since there are 3 of us boys and we don’t feel the need for “boy time”, but whatever. We’ll hang here with Diddy and do boy things, like eat Pizza Bones and lay on the couch flipping channels. Then we’ll drive down to the beach to pick up Mommy. Then comes the fun part!!

We’re going camping again!!! It has been 5 whole months since we’ve been back from The Journey, and we really need to be hittin’ the pavement. Since Mommy and Diddy have never been to Amelia Island or Fernandina Beach, we’re gonna spend some time there exploring and stuff. Then, well, who knows? We’ve got no schedules, so where ever we end up will be an adventure.
